Real Estate Shoots are designed to efficiently capture a property for MLS and marketing. The focus is on producing clean, bright, professional images that showcase the overall space clearly with straightforward composition and framing.
Design Shoots go further. They are handled exclusively by our senior photographers, who bring years of experience and an advanced eye for composition and framing. Instead of simply documenting the property, the goal is to highlight the design, atmosphere, and unique details of the space. The process is more time-intensive both on-site and in post-production, with careful attention to every stage: staging, framing, lighting, and retouching. The result is a set of images that feel more editorial and portfolio-worthy, designed to elevate the property beyond standard real estate photography.

Premium photography will look more polished compared to Basic. It offers higher dynamic range, minimizes color cast, and keeps the colors natural and consistent. See below for comparison samples.

You certainly can. However, because the shelf life of the photos for builders and designers is typically considered to be longer than those for MLS listings, additional licensing fee may apply depending on usage.

You may share the deliverables with third parties for viewing only. Without written consent from ALP Studio, commercial use of the Media by any third party (i.e. for promoting their businesses) is prohibited.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the media (the Media) produced by ALP Studio (the Artist) for the Client’s own marketing purposes.
The Client agrees not to sell, transfer, or sublicense the Media to any third party without the prior written consent of the Artist.
The Artist retains all copyrights and ownership of the Media. This license is not a transfer of ownership of the copyright.
Cinematic Videography
Our cinematic walk-through videos offers an immersive experience, inviting viewers to feel the space and grasp the property's unique features with exceptional depth and clarity.

Basic videos provides a basic overview of a home.
Premium videos elevates with higher production value. They are shot with thoughtful framing and a mix of wide and tight shots to showcase a home’s spaces and detail features, providing a more cinematic experience.

2D Floor Plans
Our laser-measured floor plans not only guarantee precise square footage but are E&O insured, ensuring peace of mind and reliability for your property listings.

Matterport scans do not include spaces such as small closets and exterior walls, thus Matterport floor plans do not reflect the home’s square footage accurately, and they usually produce SMALLER sqft than actual size.
ALP Studio laser-measured floor plans produce accurate sqft and are E&O insured.

Our Matterport 3D virtual tours redefine property exploration, offering an “in-person” experience that complements in-person viewings.
